Our Returns Policy

Subject to exceptions, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase, during the current time when posting and delivery maybe a bit slower than normal we have extended our returns and exchange from the normal 14 days to 30 Days. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card. If you wish to exchange your item we can also arrange this.

Goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition,  tags must be intact and they must be in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

How to create a return or exchange
To return or exchange any product, you need to contact us first. We will assign a returns code number to your order, returns or exchanges without this code cannot be accepted. Please use the Contact Us form here. Include your name, order reference number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange. You will receive an email with your unique code number and please include this number with your returning order. We will advise of the address with the code. We do not cover the cost of postage for you to return goods, this will be at your expense.

The returned product will be examined and once accepted the refund will be processed within 5 working days. Any exchange will be organized within the same time frame.

Damaged Products
Our products are quality checked before despatch. Please inspect your order on delivery and if there is an issue contact us via our customer service department so we can resolve the issue. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You will be asked to return the damaged or product item in its original packaging if possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
